Mountains+Sky

I have always been fascinated by the connection between the mountains and the sky. When surroundend by clouds it seems like a mountain can change his shape completely, the colours of the sky creates a contrast to the massive object and the sunlight reflecting on the rock highlights hidden features on the surface.  The sky can change the way in which we perceive and experience a mountain completely. 

I choose glass as material for my sculpture to express the idea of being influenced by the sky and the sunlight. I shaped my sculpture inspired by the beauty of the dolomites
